In October the Rockwall Breakfast Rotary welcomed Fire Chief Kenneth Cullins, a Rockwall native. Chief Cullins has served with the City of Dallas Fire and Rescue Department for over 20 years. He has also served as a volunteer firefighter for more than 28 years. In August he was named as Rockwall Fire Chief.
